No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. The work was very poorly done with missed parts and unnecessary paint splashes and smearing. Attention to detail was very poor. Rain after painters left caused paint to run over adjacent colouring. Painter promised to return but has failed to do so. This is one to seriously avoid.
