I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Thanks Carl for making the bathrooms so much better,

No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.

I would definitely recommend! Really hard working, genuine people with a very fair quote. Brilliant communication throughout. Couldn't fault anything they did and the finished room is brilliant. I will be using them again without a doubt and recommending them to anyone having work done. Even the neighbours commented about how dedicated and committed they were. 10/10 from us!

From quote to completion, Luke was very courteous and professional. He gave a very reasonable quote, and was able to come and do the work within a couple of days. On the day, Luke was prompt in arriving and cracked on with the work, keeping me updated throughout the day, and was clean and tidy throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, he went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Very pleased with excellent quality of plastering work. Our plasterer arrived on time and worked efficiently and effectively. We would thoroughly recommend this company and intend to use them again for more plastering and rendering works in the future.

The building work and the new kitchen was the biggest project undertaken so far on our first home and we wanted to ensure that we had a builder with whom we could work along with well. From the outset we have been impressed with the professional approach not just in the actual work but in all your communications with us, be it emails, quotations or invoices. Everything was explained in a detailed and understandable manner. Given the age of our property (a Victorian terrace) and our prior experience of having discovered areas of questionable DIY(!), we were not surprised that unforeseen problems arose with the kitchen. These were dealt with in the same professional way and with the least amount of trouble to us. When we have further projects to complete on our home, we will definitely contact for a quotation.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. Ross and his team did an excellent job in repairing the gable eng of my house and also replacing a rear garage door. They were prompt and very clean and tidy Definitely recommend them

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James

We are very happy we went with 1Horizon. We wanted to do some of the internal work ourselves and they were the only ones we spoke to who agreed to this. They were happy to work with us on our quote to get what we needed. Aiden and his team were friendly, honest and reliable throughout and the standard of work provided by all trades was excellent. Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.
