Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.
