Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
After 7 years time served technical engineer with British Gas I left to join EON as a technical engineer and then promoted to technician. recently left and continued on my own - If i wouldn't have it in my house it wouldnt be done in yours! High quality.
