Not true. I asked him what time was suitable for him and he said 12 noon. I texted him at 1.15 and called him at 2.30. He texted me to say he was on a difficult job. No further communication was had from him.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Not reliable as the appointment changed many times in short notice. The person arrived with no tools due to many issues and had to complete the work in a second appointment . Not recommended.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

He was very pleasant, charged what he quoted to replace a leaking kitchen tap which was a fair price. Took the old tap and packaging away and cleaned up afterwards. Tap installed in no time. Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
