I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. We found a leak behind the washing machine and went on to Rated People .com. Ian was the first to call.We were so relieved he came the next day. He was very polite, professional and reassuring, also very patient as we had just moved in and did not know where the stop cock etc was yet.He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Next is a new bathroom suite and Ian is the man for the job.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
