Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Hi, I've been qualified in the plumbing and heating industry for 15 years, working largely in the domestic sector. I love all aspects of plumbing from a simple Tap Washer replacement to a full install of a Central Heating System. I pride myself on customer service, reliability and sensible pricing!
I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
I have been in the trade for 30 years and have carried out a huge number of successful renovations from full house conversions to bathrooms, wetrooms, and ensuites. I have worked for years with a number of different experienced tradesmen and can complete any renovation job in a timely managed manner. I have a wealth of experience in hydrated screed and water underfloor heating systems, unfortunately, I see so many people getting this expensive process wrong.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
