We received excellent advice from Andrew Smedley before we commited to the work, and then him and his partner Neil Dunkley completed an excellent installation with the minimum of fuss. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Dave provided an outstanding service. Quality of work was great, appointments were kept and the final price was precisely in line with the initial quote. Timescales were met with the work completed on time. We have already used Dave again to service and repair our boiler. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Very happy with the job and their can do work ethic. Went out of their way to be helpful and also fixed a previously botched toilet job when they put my toilet back after laying down the laminate flooring. Very tidy. Cleared and removed all debris.
