Although the conifer hedging was cut back the site was left untidy in spite of being asked to remove as much of the debris as possible as i was just out of hospital having had knee surgery and therefore unable to do any bending.I even supplied bags to put it in. I have been in touch with the company a couple of times since and each time get empty promises of 'coming to fix it at the weekend'.Disappointing since I had a few friends who would have been interested in using the service..

Got a text saying that they was available to do the job that I had posted and to give them a call to book a time to come out to quote. Contacted "Nicola" and agreed a day and time. Took time off work so that I was there and they never turned up. Messaged asking if I had got the day/time correct and no reply. Even sent a message through rated people the following day and still over a week later im still waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service

I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.

I hired Revilo Contracts to remove my old decking and build a new decking. I chose the right company, they were great. My old decking was crumbling away underneath, and boy was it bad when all was exposed. Andy and Stevie worked hard and took great care clearing the area. The new decking is fantastic, solid as a rock. We will be be coating it with wood oil in the next few days as Andy recommended. We got a detailed quote which was under our budget and well worth it.
