Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Garry and his team have just completed a job on a bedroom that needed sorting due to damp issues. I had damaged plaster removed and insulated boards fitted and plastered over and a new radiator installed. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
