Excellent advice and work. Quote was inl ine with others but I preferred John's no nonsense approach to the work. Left everything clean and tidy, just needed to vacuum up a small amount of sawdust from the carpet. Have already booked more work.

Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work.
