Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Valley Walling called round promptly and gave a good value quote to re point and tidy and seal the top of the wall. They told me exactly when they would start and finish the job. They kept to the timing and days working to the dot. Before they left they cleaned up using my hose for the stray bits of cement. Would recommend them for all outside building work. Although the conifer hedging was cut back the site was left untidy in spite of being asked to remove as much of the debris as possible as i was just out of hospital having had knee surgery and therefore unable to do any bending.I even supplied bags to put it in. I have been in touch with the company a couple of times since and each time get empty promises of 'coming to fix it at the weekend'.Disappointing since I had a few friends who would have been interested in using the service..

Got a text saying that they was available to do the job that I had posted and to give them a call to book a time to come out to quote. Contacted "Nicola" and agreed a day and time. Took time off work so that I was there and they never turned up. Messaged asking if I had got the day/time correct and no reply. Even sent a message through rated people the following day and still over a week later im still waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service
