What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

I did not hire this company due to the fact I requested a payment but only received in its place a weekly payment which was not based on work completed. When ai informed them they wanted to return and chat about it. I was not prepared to do this as it did not give me any good vibes as all builders will give a quote which is then backed by a payment plan based on work completed

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.
