Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Highly recommend. Steven was very knowledgeable and advised that the metal frame for the carport was in the concrete, and therefore, the fence would still be supported once the roof of the carport was removed. Job completed well and all rubbish removed.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Glenn has just finished installing a new laminate floor in my living room, dining room and hallway. He has made an excellent and thorough job. He always turned up on time, both for giving the quote and for laying the flooring. He helped me immensely during the planning and when I was buying the flooring, thresholds and underlay.
