He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

They arrived on time and did a good job overall. However, I was disappointed that the final charge was higher than the agreed fixed price, despite all the job details being provided upfront. The contractor was also invited to view the site before quoting, so the unexpected increase felt unfair

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
