Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. The restyling of the garden was discussed and planned. Garden slabbing front and back and back fence of a good standard. Front wall was built and then waited several months for railings which then had to get someone else to do; at much greater cost as front wall was found to be very poorly built, and dangerous as fell down with very little pressure applied. No response to email or message regarding this. Disappointing as feel was more than accommodating when garden work being done

Originally had them to fix water feature which they did brilliantly and then decided to have my decking done in the grey pvc. Turned up on time and did an excellent job from start to finish. 2 top guys highly recommended

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

David and Chris removed some existing concrete steps that were crumbling and replaced with new, bricked and flagged complete with ramp for the bins. They completed the work on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering any such work in the future. They left the site clean and tidy and caused us no inconvenience whatsoever and completed within budget for which they were competitively priced.
