Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Workmanship was of the highest standard and he maintained open lines of communication at all times which kept us reassured. Highly recommended and the first person we will call for all future work. Nice guy. However he came, he started the job, he cleared off and left me having to find someone else to complete. Fortunately he didn't charge me so hence the satisfactory score for "Value". However I'd happily have paid him the full cost if he'd done the job he agreed to.
