Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Will not be using again. Very disappointed with results. Initially, it looked a lot tidier than it had been but, after returning from Hospital and seeing the reality of what had been done, I was very disappointed. My Strawberry Plants had disappeared, my Pear Tree Blossom had disappeared, my Aquilegia had been replanted and was now dead, my Lawn Rake had been broken it two and hidden. The £280 I spent was a waste as it should have been for what I can only describe as the destruction of my Garden

Dave and Jayden did a fantastic job for us pruning back and reducing the height of a leylandii hedge growing from a neighbours hedge into our garden. They also pruned a magnolia tree, camelia and another tall shrub in our garden. They turned up on time, worked efficiently, and took away all the cuttings and left our cleaned up after themselves. These tradesmen, no better than diyers! Carl dismissive of any constructive advice. Due to ill health. couldn't finish project.Charged me £3,500 for work not completed. On site mon- we'd approx 15hrs , laid 72 blocks, 88bricks to pillars. No show thurs-Fri. supplied 60 blocks/ 5 bags cement/20 bags sand. Didn't use string line/ laser line/ plumb line/ set square. Absolutely atrocious bricklaying. Every time they say their delivering, no show! Very untrustworthy don't hire
