We are a family owned Maintenaince service that specialises in garden maintenance and clearance.
The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. Would leave a 0 if I could. Unreliable, goes AWOL for weeks at a time, walks off the job 6 weeks later, not finishing it and telling you to get someone else in to finish it. Takes your money and doesn't refund anything! Doesn't comply with any regulations and replacememt fitter had to remove everything and start again. And my boiler got condemned after Neals shoddy work..AVOID!!

We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
