John delivered an absolutely beautiful brick paver patio for me- the execution was faultless, & he worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted, with meticulous attention to detail. Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
