Dan visited and gave me a quote for the job. He then turned up with Tom to help on the day and have to say they did a very tidy job of strimming the grass, raking it up and clearing. Chopped up a dead tree which had fallen onto the land into logs and stacked tidy. They did what I asked them to do and were polite and informative in letting me know when they could next be here. Work had to be redone, window not straight, tiles on roof had to be repositioned, the finish on the plaster is very poor in places. Quoted for new facia but used old. No receipt given, no guarantee.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.
