He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Matthew came to quote for some fencing work, I was happy with the reviews I’d already read and the price quoted. He was able to come within a few days, materials were ordered by Matthew upfront and delivered, so on the day of the work Matthew and his son could get straight to it. They arrived promptly, did a really good job and left the garden clean and tidy, I’ll certainly use Matthew again and would recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
