Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.
