Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. I met Paul and he was very friendly and gave me a reasonable price and timeline to build a small extension. Job started OK until he started another bigger job then the problems started. No trades for days despite being advised material was ordered and tradesmen would arrive to complete. The communication has been deplorable, they dont answer calls, txts or emails. After a full 3 months of stress i had to get intradesmen to complete this job. Do not go near this company as they will only let you down.
