Just to be clear, we asked for your advise about the most economical way to make the doors clear. You said you could repair the doors. In repairing the warped wood your poor quality work resulted in the door leaking which in turn stained the carpet. We would have been better off not asking you to carry out any work on the door. Your response to the problem was unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone, no matter how small the job.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. 1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.
