They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.

All jobs require the highest level of effort and attention to detail, my belief is every customer deserves the service I would expect for myself. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
Hi I have been a carpenter for about 20 years or so. I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. Of recent years l have worked a lot as a cabinet maker so l am quite versatile. No job is too small, l will even come and put together some flat pack furniture for you or simply hang a shelf as l do realise not anyone has the tools or knows someone that can do a small job for them. I also do small tiling jobs. I'm honest and reliable and l don't believe in ripping people off. Please feel free to give me a call.
