I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.
