Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Alex was quick to arrange a visit and came back with a reasonable quote shortly after. The work was done on time and with little mess. It was to a high standard and was very good value. We will definitely be using this company again.

This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

Brian did a very professional job. Very intricate tiling jobs due to the extent of the cutting required for confined spaces. Worked 3 full days but was prepared to see the job through and not rush with time or quality. Demonstrated a real pride for his work and the result was superb. Very accomplished at his trade. Brian deserved (and so we offered) more than his original quote but he was very honourable with not making extra demands or complaining about the extra time taken during the job. Paul & Sarah

Fantastic service! I checked the other reviews on this site before engaging Gary and when I met him I knew instantly that the reviews were spot on! Gary is friendly, professional, respectful and incredibly hard working. His plastering of 2 ceilings and remedial wall work is exemplary. Just make sure you make him coffee!

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Mateusz and his colleague sanded and varnished the floors in 3 rooms, the landing and staircase of our 1912 cottage. The work was of a high standard with no mess. Mateusz's communication throughout the job was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and was polite and helpful. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.
