Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

I am a highly experienced builder which specializes in Bricklaying, bathroom tiling, floor and wall, garden tiling, stone and marble tiling but also have expertise in painting decorations.
The job was quoted and completed on the same day. I did have another quote that was a little less, however the timing was urgent and tile searching took too long. Neli did the job the same day and to be honest the larger tiles work better than smaller ones.

Booked Christian for carpet fitting and paid a £200 deposit. He failed to turn up on the agreed day while I was waiting at the property, then sent vague, last-minute excuses about damaged materials. Phone calls were ignored and communication was evasive. Confidence lost due to the lack of professionalism and reliability, totally wasted my day, and I had to cancel and now pursue recovery of the deposit. Warren (Southeast Paving company) did an excellent job, for a good price. This was a removal of an old fence, and installation of a new fence with new concrete poles. The work was complicated by the fact that the ground steps down. During the work, Warren unexpectedly encountered a concrete slab below the paving. He dealt with all that without a fuss. The end result looks great, and will last for many years.
