Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.

All of the team were polite and so hard working that they managed to complete the work in a day. The finished results look great and we are now fully waterproof!
