I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.

Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.
I would highly recommend mcainally roofline services. I was very happy with the work that was carried out. My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.
