T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

New sink & WC fitted in downstairs cloakroom, radiator moved as well as wall & floor tiling. Minor issue sorted promptly & without fuss. Very pleased, I would not hesitate to use Dave again.

Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. Phil Stevenson is not only a very pleasant gentleman, but an excellent tradesman with expertise in doors and gates. My back gate and back door are both working perfectly, opening and closing. I am happy to recommend The Doorman.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done.
