Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran. Ed did a fantastic job installing an engineered wood herringbone floor in our bedroom. He had good, frequent communication before and during the job, was very clean and tidy throughout and the final finish was excellent, we were blown away by the quality of his workmanship. We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. The floor was completed on time and within budget, it looks and feels great! We now have him listed in our contacts for future work.
