Alex was very quick to reply and came over for a quote the next day! Was very happy to help and started work promptly! We both work midweek and Alex worked around us and came early to collect the key and left the house clean and tidy’ most importantly did an excellent job! Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Chris replaced our balustrades and bannisters with glass and a wooden handrail and posts. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend.
