We cannot comment on his carpentry skills. But in our experience could not describe him as reliable. We engaged ( on the basis of trusted people reviews) him to fit wardrobe with Easter completion. Five months and several missed dates later. Having been left in limbo, he seems to believe the customer will wait at his convenience, we were forced to cancel and go to major supplier. Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.
