I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I hired Dream Renovations (Patryk) to fit vinyl plank flooring in my shower room. Great job: quick and tidy. Following that I hired him to repair a collapsed ceiling. He turned up when he said he would, and did a great job: plasterboard, plastered, and painted. Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!
