I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Just so you know; Alan has 20 years experience of fitting kitchens but has only recently joined Rated People – hence the few ratings provided so far (which was the basis of my initial reservations).
