Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs

Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. The owner is honest,reliable and is highly professional..He matched the worktops with the porcelain floor tiles perfectly. He adapted a cupboard so I can get the washing machine out ,when I need to. He also built a new cupboard. I am very happy with the result.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Full front elevation repoint and repair of stone work. Along with a strip & rebuild of part of our front wall. Then a rebuild of of the front steps due to partial collapse. A first class job done by R Clark and Sons, everything from the initial quote to completion. As this was also our first use of Rated People I will highly recommend them. Very pleased all round.
