James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He's punctual, reliable, trustworthy and does a terrific job. Thank you James!

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.

Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.

Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. I would highly recommend him and his team for doing a great job.
