A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.
