I was contacted by Josh within 24 hours of listing my job. He attended to give me a quote on timescales that worked for me. I wanted an external installation solution and Josh arranged for a rep from the supplier to meet me and reassure me that the proposed solution was appropriate. Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!

Carl did several jobs for me: 1)waste removed from the Airey. 2)re-pointed brickwork in the top corners of the Airey. 3) Fill in gaps in the outside sill of the bay window. 4) replaced the original middle piece of the grating covering the vacant middle of the Airey with a piece of tarpaulin because there is a window there for the cellar.
