Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.

3 stars for Ahmad + crew for quality work and professionalism. They went above and beyond, moving flooring from the kerb to our apartment and shifting furniture. Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Ahmad has promised to return, and I am waiting for that final visit. When Ahmad comes back and finishes these bits, I will elevate this to the 5 stars he deserves for his excellent work and attitude.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. The company's terms request payment once the quote is accepted. I pay once the job is completed (unless it's a large job, requiring a deposit, for example.) He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. I said I am not them and I would transfer the money this afternoon.
