Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

I recently hired Paul to repair the rotten and broken doors on my shed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doors were in rough shape—warped, deteriorating, and barely functional—but he handled the job with real skill and attention to detail. He carefully removed the damaged wood, rebuilt the frames, and installed new panels that look sturdy and clean. The doors now open and close smoothly. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
