Carl responded quickly to the request. He arrived on time and carried out the work with no issues. He worked carefully around new fitted furniture and was respectful to our property eg mixing plaster outside and changing footwear to go upstairs. He left us with clear instructions and cleared up before he went. He is a friendly polite no nonsense tradesman.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Excellent job. They came round gave us a quote to repaint our decking. We accepted the quote and it was completed the same day!! So quick and on a boiling hot day! The guys worked really hard to a very high standard. We would definately recommend them.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

J Stubbings contacted me within seconds of posting the job and agreed to come the next day to give me a price. The price was very good value compared to prices i had received from local tradesman.
