Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

We asked Rob to build a garden pathway and small patio and he did a really good job. From start to finish Rob was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional at times. The quality and finishing of the job is good and we wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again. His quote for the work was very reasonably priced.

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.
Both Matt and Mark were polite, personable, hard working, highly proficient and prepared to go that extra mile to guarantee a 'perfect' job. Very satisfactory job accomplished within the estimated timeframe in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows.
