Triac mended a broken garden fence which had blown down in the wind. He put in new posts with concrete and used the existing panels to make the fence look like new! He also built a new fence at the front of the house. The fence looks great. Triac is reliable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend him.

The building was constructed to a very high standard and finish, with a number of exposed/natural materials. Minor changes were never an issue and no request was too big. We are very happy with the works and would be more than happy to recommend for further works.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They quoted 3 days which we had to pay for but the job only took a total of one and a half days spread out with coming and going over a period of 4 days due to hospital appointments.

An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. The work performed was excellent, I am extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly (which I have already).

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom.
