Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

I would highly recommend this company. They recently completed a refurbishment of my bathroom, shower room and downstairs cloakroom to an excellent standard. Sebastian was always very prompt and professional in his communication and provided a detailed estimate and invoice and kept me fully informed about variations in cost {which were minimal} as the work progressed. The team were tidy and respectful thought the project and completed the work within the expected time. I am really pleased with the result.

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Nice man, quiet, friendly, very polite and helpful. Knows his trade and makes very little mess. Plastering could be painted with virtually no further preparation. I would have no hesitation in having him back again.
