We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I'd defintely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for quality, professional job. We all know there are good builders out there but they seem to be so hard to find - this is one of them !
