Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Daniel had a difficult job trying to paint our ceilings white(4 off) because of the different existing colours but he kept coming back to recoat them until we were both happy. He is a grand lad, very cheerful and helpful.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
