Ciprian and Raz were absolutely excellent- they fitted my bathroom in the exact time expected, they were on time every morning, polite, friendly, proactive with everything, courteous about my neighbours. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
